The Ricoh color printer is down until the new 'toner bottle' arrives, but all color printing will come from the HP color printer in the meantime.

Color Printing

The HP Color printer is down from continual jamming. The Ricoh color printer is up and running. It is however in need of a black PCU unit that is on order. It should continue to print until then, but Systems has placed a backup Dell color printer up there, just in case the Ricoh goes down.

Thanks,

Bob

Computers 36 and 40 near Release station 2G can't find the printer list

The computer next to 36 (#35?) also can't find the printers, but #37 across from it does bring up the printer list.  Thanks,  Tony
